Soo K. Kim
is the C.E.O. of C-Me Korea. He has over 25 year experience
of textile and garment fields. Prior to contracting
joint venture with C-Me US, he has managed his own
company, Dycotex(Daego Trading), since 1982. His first
period of professional experience for this business
was started with the export manager of Taehwa General
Trading Co., Ltd.
Mr. Kim has B.A. in economics and management
from Hanyang University in Seoul and studied Marketing
Courses from UCLA.

Frank Yuan is
the C.E.O. and Chairman of the Company. Prior to
starting the Company in July 1996, Yuan founded a retail
clothing chain and a men's clothing line and co-founded
UNI-CGS, a computer hardware importer and wholesaler.
Yuan also co-founded United National Bank, Evertrust
Bank and Western Cities Title Insurance
Company and is Chairman of the board of directors for
ServAmerica National Title.
Yuan earned a B.A. in economics from Fu-Jen Catholic
University in Taiwan and his M.B.A. from Utah State
University.

Vandeberg brings
more than 20 years of Corporate Counsel and Secretary
experience to the Company. He has significant experience
advising both Internet and retail companies on securities,
financings, mergers and acquisitions, and general
corporate matters, including IPOs, SEC compliance, and
investor relations issues. Currently, he is a partner of
the Seattle based law firm of Ogden Murphy Wallace. His
retail experience includes 14 years as Corporate Counsel
and Secretary at the former Carter Hawley Hale Stores, the
multi-billion dollar department and specialty holding
company which operated under the names: The Broadway,
Neiman Marcus, Contempo Casuals, Emporium, Weinstock's,
Bergdorf Goodman, Holt Renfrew - Canada, Waldenbooks, John
Wanamaker, Thalhimers, and Sunset House.
In addition, Vandeberg serves on the board of directors
for Information Highway.com, Inc. (OTC:BB IHWY), IAS
Communications, Inc. (OTC:BB IASCA), and REGI US, Inc. (OTC:BB
RGUS). He received his B.A. in accounting from the
University of Washington and his J.D. from New York
University.

Melissa Miner Dahan joined C-ME in mid
August 2000 to drive the direction of the companies
domestic marketing and corporate branding efforts. Prior
to joining the Company, Miner Dahan was CEO and Partner
of CitiColor Design Agency, a full service graphics and
Internet development company in Beverly Hills. Before
moving to Southern California she was Executive Vice
President of Marketing and New Business Development of
DechTar Direct in San Francisco. She sat on their Board
of Directors. She began her career at the Pebble Beach
Company Retail Depatment as Manager of their Mail Order
Division. She has held executive level marketing and
creative development positions in direct marketing and
entertainment companies.

Berg brings 25 years of retail sales, management
and marketing experience to Cyber Merchants. As Vice
President of Sales, Berg is responsible for developing
and expanding our retail buyer base by satisfying their
procurement needs. Prior to joining C-Me in August 2000,
Berg was the Sales and Marketing Manager for Hana Fashions
where he increased company sales by nearly 40%. He developed
their first web-based B2B catalogue and ran the company’s
marketing division. Berg has held previous sales and
marketing positions with Jet Apparel, Inc., One of the
largest wholesale apparel corporation and Clothestime,
a $250 million junior apparel chain. He transferred
from the east coast to open the west coast operations
of Dimensions in Fashion a $100 million retail apparel
company in 1981. Berg has a B.S. degree in Marketing
from the University of Massachusetts.
